摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine berberine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride in Haemorrhoid Lotion by HPLC. Methods The Kromasil 100-5C18(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phases consisted of 0.1％ phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile (50∶50, containing 0.1％ sodium dodecyl Sulfonate) and the detection wavelength was at 265 nm. Results The linear range of berberine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride was 0.02～ 1.0 μg and 0.017 2～0.861 μg respectively. The average recovery of berberine hydrochloride was 97.79％, and RSD was 0.95％. The average recovery of palmatine hydrochloride was 99.22％, and RSD was 0.86％. Conclusion The simple, sensitive and reliable HPLC identification method was established. The method can be used for quality control of Haemorrhoid Lotion.关键词
