数字微量加样器检测校准方法的研究

摘要
Abstract
The accuracy of the digital pipette with multi-working modes will directly affect the biochemical testing result, so calibrating the digital pipette at regular intervals is an urgent need. This paper uses the gravimetric methods to calibrate the digital pipette in the several working modes, such as PIPETTE, RPIPET and STEPPER, and studies how to process the measurement data and express the measurement results. It has practically guiding significance for the digital pipette's use and production.关键词
