伤科外敷黄油纱的制备及质量标准

Abstract
Objective To prepare Shangke Waifu Huangyousha and establish its quality standard.Methods Shangke Waifu Huangyousha was prepared by oil and osmiol.Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae in the preparation was qualitatively identified by TLC, and the content of emodin was determined by dual wavelength TLC scanner.Results The TLC sports of the constituents were clear,well-separated and specific.The linear range of emodin was 0.108～0.927 μg (r=0.999 1) and the average recovery was 98.87％ (RSD=0.89％, n=5).Conclusion The method of design is reasonable with well stability.The established quality standard is applicable for the quality control of Shangke Waifu Huangyousha.关键词
