石菖蒲脂溶性成分对远志总皂苷含量的影响
Influnce of Liposoluble Components in Acours Tatarinowii Schott on Total Saponin from Polygala
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the influnce of liposoluble components in Acours tatarinowii Schott on total saponin from Polygala, and explore the compatibility mechanism. Method The total saponins in Polygala and Polygala-liposolable components of Acours Tarainnowii Schott were extracted by refluent ethanol extraction. Senegenin was used as standard control and vanillin-acetic acid-perchloric acid was used as cbromogenic reagent, the detection wave length was 568.9 nm. Results The total saponins in Polygala and Polygala-liposolable components of Acours Tarainnowii Schott were 1.20％ and 1.48％,respectively. Conclusion The content of the total saponins raised after compatibility. Maybe, the dissolution of some saponins from Polygala was increased or the new saponins comed with the addition of liposoluble components in Acours tatarinowii Schott.关键词
