高岭土还原络合漂白工艺中络合剂的选择
Selection of Complexing Agent for Technology of Reducting and Complexing Bleach of Kaolin
摘要
Abstract
Using the Beihai kaolin as raw material, thiourea dioxide as reducing agent,selected several different kinds of eomplexing agents ( humic acid, triethanolamine, sodium tripolyphosphate, citric acid and EDTA), investigated the complexation under different conditions on redueting and eomplexing bleach of kaolin. The results showed that the whiteness after calcination ( 1200 ℃ ) of kaolin after the blank experiments increased from 83% to about 86%. All complexing agent can strengthen the bleaching in this experiments,the humie acid, triethanolamine, EDTA achieved better effectiveness, when the dosage is 0.3%, the whiteness after calcination ( 1200 ℃ ) of kaolin after the bleaching increased up to 88%.In the united optimum conditions,that is, the dosage of triethanolamine 0.5% ,pH value of slurry 7.5,pulp density 20%, reaction time lb, the whiteness after calcination (1200 ℃ ) of kaolin increased up to 89%.关键词
