煤系高岭土碱熔-水热晶化合成4A沸石分子筛
Synthesis of 4A Molecular Sieves from Coal Series Kaolin by Alkali Melting Activation and Hydrothermal Crystallization
摘要
Abstract
The coal series kaolin was used as the main material to synthesize 4A molecular sieves by hydrothermal crystallization after the kaolin turned into soluble aluminosilicate and activity metakaolin under the conditions of NaOH alkali melting at 400 ℃ for 2 h. Then the ore, the pretreated material and the 4A molecular sieves products were characterized by XRD, TDA and SEM. The technological conditions were optimized by orthogonal tests. The results showed that the methods can effectively activate the kaolin, greatly decrease the baking temperature and improve the activity of the material. The products were pure 4A molecular sieves, the particle size was less than 2 μm and the Ca2+ exchange capacity of dry products was more than 295 mg CaCO3/g.关键词
