Abstract
Tape casting technique is an advanced fabrication method to electro-ceramic slices. The effect of impurities of alumina raw material, crystal figure, a-Al2O3 content and particle distribution on tape casting process and quality of ceramic slices were analyzed. At last, the appropriate performance of alumina raw material used for tape casting to produce Al2O3 electroceramic slices was obtained.关键词
