Abstract
Logistics Management of medical consumables in modern hospital management has a strategic position. Under the guidance of modem theory of logistics, establish scientific and complete management process and establish corresponding function module system for each part of the nature and requirements of every link of work. Link various subsystems and form medical consumables management system which has integrated management function. This system not only greatly optimized management process, improve the service quality, but also reduce the management cost, improve the management of hospital medical consumable security and timeliness, improve hospital core competitiveness and enhance core competitiveness of hospital.关键词
