非酒精性脂肪性肝炎临床特征及其危险因素分析
The clinical characteristic and risk factors of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical features and main risk factors in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). Methods A total of 76 patients with NASH and 84 healthy subjects were included. The clinical symptoms,biochemical and image index were analyzed. Results In 76 patients with NASH,43 patients (56.6％)had no and 33 patients (43.4％)had gastrointestinal symptoms;there were significant differences in BMI, DBP, FPG,2hPPG, TG,ALT,ALT/AST,CRP and PLT between patients with NASH and control group (all P＜0.05);logistic regression analysis showed that BMI (OR=8.45)was highly related to NASH and TG,2hPPG,FPG,DBP,age were all involved (OR =3.70, 2.83, 2.61, 210, 1.41). Conclusions Patients with NASH had no obvious gastroenterology symptoms. Obesity, hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipemia are important risk factors of NASH.关键词
