摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the diagnostic value of B-ultrasonography and MRCP for obstructive jaundice. Methods The B-ultrasonograpby and MRCP were conducted in 66 patients with obstructive jaundice. Results The diagnostic accuracy rate was 92.4％ (61/66)and in 13 patients with carcinoma of pancreas,the accuracy was 100％,in 13 patients with ampullary carcinoma was 84.6％,in 13 patients with carcinoma of bile duct was 84.2％ ;and in 15 patients with bile duct stone was 100％ ,in 6 patients with benign stenosis of bile duct was 100％. Conclusion B-ultrasonography and MRCP are two ideal methods for diagnosis of obstructive jaundice.关键词
