骨桥蛋白和基质金属蛋白酶-9在结直肠癌中的表达及其意义
Expression of osteopontin and matrix metalloproteinase-9 in colorectal cancer and its clinical significance
摘要
Abstract
Objeaive To investigate the expression of osteopontin( OPN )and matrix metalloproteinase-9 ( MMP-9 ) in colorectal cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry PV-9000 method was used to determine the expression of OPN and MMP-9 in colorectal tissues from 30 patients with coorectal cancer,20 patients with adenomatous polyp and 20 normal volunteers. The relationships between expression of OPN. MMP-9 and clinical features in colorectal cancer were investigated. The correlation of their expression in colorectal cancer was analyzed. Results OPN expression and MMP-9 expression were higher in colon cancer tissues than those in adenomatous polyp and normal tissues( P ＜ 0. 05 ). OPN expression and MMP-9 expression were related to the invasion depth,the extent of differentiation and lymph node metastasis( P ＜0. 05 ) , but not with gender, age and tumor diameter( P ＞ 0. 05 ). OPN expression was correlated with MMP-9 expression( r = 0. 562.P = 0. 001 ). Conclusion OPN and MMP-9 are c:losely related to the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer, and they may have the synergic effec:t in the occurrence and development of colorectalcancer.关键词
