山西煤矿接尘工人工作倦怠与社会人口学及健康相关因素的关系
Relationship of job burnout with social demographic factors and health-related factors in coal dust-exposed workers of Shanxi province
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship of job burnout with social demographic factors and health-related factors among coal dust-exposed workers. Methods MBI-GS and the self-designed demographic and health-related questionnaire were used for survey in 2 055 coal dust-exposed workers in Shanxi. Results Factors related with all three domains of job burnout were size of coal mine, physical examination, respiratory symptoms and sickness. Workers in small size coal mine got lower scores in all three domains of job burnout than that of medium and large size mines( P ＜ 0.05 ). Workers with physical examination once a year got lower scores than those who do not carry out physical examination( P ＜ 0.05 ). The more frequently respiratory symptoms occurred, the higher scores workers got in all three domains of job burnout ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Workers who were sick also got high scores in all three domains of job burnout ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion The size of work unit, physical examination, respiratory symptoms and sickness are important influential factors of job burnout,and should be improved to reduce the job burnout of workers.关键词
