利用高钙粉煤灰烧制贝利特水泥熟料的试验探索
Experimental Exploration on Sintering Belite Cement Clinker with High Calcium Fly Ash

Abstract
In this paper, high calcium fly ash (HCFA) from circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler calcined at about 900 ℃ was used to prepare belite cement clinker at 1150 ℃, 1250 ℃, 1300 ℃ and 1350 ℃ respectively by complete replacing clay and partially replacing limestone. Free CaO (f-CaO) content and XRD pattern was tested to evaluate the quality of clinker burned. The results showed that belite cement clinker with the main minerals of C2S, C4A3S and C2F was burned by batching raw materials with HCFA. The content of f-CaO contained in clinker lowered with the rise of calcining temperature. The appropriate calcining temperature was 1300-1350 ℃. Increasing the ratio of Al-Si was helpful for improving the burnability and reducing the sintering temperature of raw material, and enhancing the content of clinker.关键词
