摘要

Abstract

In this paper, with uniform experiments, the effects of various technological parameters (the ratios of raw materials, milling time, holding time, sintering temperature, and so on) on Bi4Si3012powders prepared by solid state method were investigated. Through directly analyzing data obtained by uniform experiment, it was preliminary determined that the sintering temperature was 800-850 ℃ and the amount of bismuth oxide was not excessive. By dealing with data of SPSS, the influence of sintering temperature on the number of impurity was outstanding and the others were not remarkable. Finally, the technological parameters of Bi4Si3012 powders with the optimal purity were confirmed: sintering temperature was 830 ℃, holding time was 3 h, the mole ratio of Bi203 and SiO2 was 1: 1.5, and the milling time was 5 h.
