摘要

Abstract

The zigzag Ga2O3 morphology and structure of nano-materials were analyzed by XRD, FETEM,SAED,HRTEM and PL. The results showed that the zigzag-shapedβ-Ga2O3 nanomaterials have good crystallinity growing with [ 10(3-)] by self-stowing. Besides, the optical property ofβ-Ga2O3 was observed in the photoluminescence (PL) spectra, which showed the as-prepared product emits strong luminescence at 370 nm, occurred dozens of nanometer blue-shift.
