Abstract
Flow cytometry is a new kind of technology which can analyze single cells by qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis quickly. With the development of analyzing techniques and methods, flow cytometry has being played an important role in the clinical medicine and scientific research. This paper introduced the working principle of flow cytometry synoptically and summarized its clinical application in oncology, hematology and immunology, etc.关键词
