胎盘早剥与重度子痫前期孕妇生化指标的比较

摘要
Abstract
Objective To detect and. compare serum levels of CA125, alpha fetoprotein (AFP) and placental growth factor (PLGF) of
pregnant women with placental abruption and those pregnant women with severe preeclampsia, and to explore diagnostic values of these
biochemical indexes for placental abruption. Methods Serum levels of CA125 and AFP of the pregnant women were tested by using MEIA
method and serum level of PLGF was detected by using ElISA. Results The mean serum levels of CA125 and AFP of the pregnant women
with placental abruption were significantly higher than those of pregnant women with preeclampsia(174. 1 ±79.4U/mL vs 56.3 ± 13.6U/mL,
t ＝ 10.14, P ＜ 0.01; 295.9 ± 83.5ng/mL vs 199.6 ± 43. 1 ng/mL, t = 6. 36, P ＜ O. O1 ). While the mean serum level of the pregnant
women with placental abruption was significantly lower than that of the pregnant women with preeclampsia (64.3 ± 29.2pg/mL vs 96.5:±:
42.7pg/mL, P ＜0.01 ). Conclusion These biochemical indexes could be used to predict and early diagnoze placental abruption.关键词
