摘要

Abstract

The photosynthetic characteristics of two-year-old Phyllostachys heterocycla were studied by the Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system. The results showed that the daily dynamics of net photosynthetic rate ( Pn ) of leaves was a one-peak curve, and the peak value was 4.25 μmol/( m2·s) at 9:00. The maximum Pn of leave was 9.18 μmol/( m2· s) under artificial conditions, the LCP was about 14.93 μmol/( m2·s ), the Lsp was about 812.58 μmol/( m2 · s ), and the apparent quantum efficiency was 0.053, these indicated the P. heterocycla had a stronger ability to utilize the weak light, and more extensive adaptability to light intensities. The path coefficient analysis indicated that the diurnal variation of Pn was mainly affected by the relative humidity, and then the leaf temperature, the stomatal conductance, and the photosynthetically active radiation.
