摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss about the diagnostic value of a amaurosis fugax color doppler ultrasound examination of atherosclerotic stenosis. Methods Using a case-control study, 60 cases were positive in the patient group,60 rases were negative in the control group, all were carotid ultrasound in color,comparison between the two groups of carotid atherosclerosis. Results A group of patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaques of detection probability is significantly higher than control group(P＜0.01), A group of patients with the carotid artery stenosis, moderate and severe probability is obviously higher than control group(P＜0.01). Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound can early detect atherosclerotic of fugax amaurosis patients.关键词
