桂西南地区擎天树人工林生长规律
A study on the growth rhythm of Shorea chinensis plantation in southwest of Guangxi

Abstract
The growth rhythm of Shorea chinensis plantation in southwest of Guangxi was studied using the method of stem analysis. The results showed that: the height, DBH and volume of 32-year-old Shorea chinensis plantation were 23.1 m,23.4 cm, 0.516 53 m3, respectively. The annual growth curve of height and DBH intersected with the average growth curve multiple times and changed drastically, the annual growth decreased obviously around the 24 th year; but the volume changed relatively less than the height and DBH, and it did' t reach the age of quantitative maturity. The high growth rate and low growth rate of the DBH consistent with the year of the height growth, it reflected that the Shorea chinensis which was introduced from Xishuangbanna region was very sensitive to the local climate change in southwest of Guangxi. The growth forecasting models which were chosen to fit models had high accuracy, and the Richards model was superior to the growth process of the height and DBH, the Korf model was superior to the growth process of the volume.关键词
