摘要

Abstract

The design of a progressive die for manufacturing motor stator and rotor lamination is described.Stator lamination, which consists of stator shape, stator slots and stator pole strips, is produced with ferrule blanking technology.Technical problems associated with micro clearance among the three parts of stator lamination caused by ferrule blanking are solved.The structural features of the progressive die for ferrule blanking of stator lamination are discussed in detail.The application in industry shows that the structure of the die is of good reliablity and convenience and it is suitable for manufacturing.
