Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of cerebral ischemia reperfusion in two ways on injury degree of hippocampus tissues in rats. Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into groups and then models of cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats were prepared through animal centrifuge. The apoplexy index and nervous symptom grading, histology and electronic microscopic technique were used in observation of injury of alternating ± Gz and only+Gz on hippocampus tissues. Results:In the ± Gz group and only+Gz group at diferent time of post-exposure, apoplexy and nervous symptom grading were significantly higher than those of the control groups; under an optical microscope, the number of denatured pyramidal cells in CA1 area in the ± Gz group and only ± Gz group was significantly increased and there was significant difference by comparison with the control groups; under an electronic microscope, the injury of blood vessels and some of the neurons in CA1 area of hippocampus in rats were found after exposure of 6 h and 24 h in the ± Gz group and only + Gz group. Conclusion: Both kinds of cerebral ischemia repefusion can lead to severe injury of hippocampus tissues.关键词
