A study on tissue culture of Nandina domestica
摘要
Abstract
Tissue culture technics of Nandina domestica was studied in this paper. The results showed that the most appropriate proliferation formula was MS + 1.5 mg/L BA + 0. 1 mg/L IBA, its proliferation coefficient was 7.3. When young stems which were cultured in a medium( MS +0.25 mg/L BA) reached 3 cm long, They were transferred into a rooting culture medium [ 1/2MS +0.25 mg/L IBA +0.1 mg/L NAA +0.2 g/L AC (pH =6.5) ]. The rooting rate could reach over 87％. The proliferation medium with 1.0 g/L 50％ carbendazol wettable powder added could effectively inhibit endophyte in plants.关键词
