竹地板薄木贴面工艺试验OA北大核心CSTPCD

Study on manufacturing process of veneer faced bamboo flooring

为了丰富竹地板的外观效果,扩大竹地板的种类,采用正交试验方法,探讨了竹地板表面进行0.6 mm榉木和2.0 mm枫木薄木贴面工艺.结果表明:利用榉木和枫木薄木贴面竹地板切实可行,其较佳工艺参数分别为:榉木热压压力0.8 MPa,热压温度100℃,热压时间240 s,涂胶量为120 g/m<'2>;枫木热压压力1.2 MPa,热压温度120℃,热压时间N360 s,涂胶量140 g/m<'2>.

Orthogonal tests were performed to investigate the manufacturing process of bamboo flooring veneered by 0.6 mm beech veneer or 2.0 mm maple veneer.The results showed that it was feasible to veneer beech and maple veneer on the bamboo flooring.The optimized manufacturing parameters for beech veneer are: hot-pressing pressure -0.8 MPa, hotpressing temperature -100℃, hot-pressing time -240 s, glue spreading amount -120 g/m2.As for maple veneer, the parameters are: hot-pressing pressure-1.2 MPa, hot-pressing temperature-120℃, hot-pressing time-360 s, glue spreading amount -140 g/m2.
