甘肃农业循环经济发展综合评价和制约因素诊断及对策
Evaluation and Diagnosis of Trouble and Countermeasures on Development of Agricultural Recycling Economy in Gausu Pronvince

Abstract
Based on constructing an integrative index system for evaluating the development level of agricultural recycling economy, used the composite analysis to make comprehensive evaluation of the development level of agricultural recycling economy in Gansu Province.The results show: from 2000 to 2009, the level and quality of agricultural recycling economy development in Gansu Province show a rising trend, in which the recycling of resources is a stronger pulled factor, economic and social development factors are more significant, and the input of resource reduction, resources and environmental safety factors are the main constraints of the further development of agriculture recycling economy in Gansu.The diagnosis results show that the main constraints of the development of agriculture recycling economy in 2008 of Gansu Province focused on: input of resource reduction factors, the constraint degree is 57.03％, followed by resources and environmental safety factors, recycling of resources and economic and social development factors, their constraint degree are 20.06％,17.12％ and 5.79％.And put some recommendations about promotion of the development of agricultural recycling economy in Gansu Province based on the conclusions.关键词
