骨肉瘤中凋亡抑制蛋白Livin表达及其与肿瘤微血管密度的关系
Association between Livin expression and microvascular density in osteosarcoma

Abstract
Objective To detect the expression of Livin in osteosarcoma, study the relationships between Livin and microvascular density (MVD) and its clinic pathological significance. Methods The expression and location of Livin and MVD of 27 cases of osteosarcoma were detected by immunohistochemistry. Clinical data was analvzed. Results All 27 cases of osteosarcoma expressed Livin, the positive expression rate of Livin was 58.7％ (between 9％ to 91％). Expression of Livin was correlated positively with that of MVD (P ＜ 0.01). Livin was located at cell membrane, endochylema and new vessels in osteosarcoma. Expression level of Livin in osteosarcoma was correlated positively with tumor invasion, but not with tumor size. The clinical follow-up showed that the overexpression Livin group had high lung transferring rate. Conclusions Livin are expressed positively in osteosarcoma. Expression of Livin is correlated positively with that of MVD. Immunohistochmistry tests of Livin and MVD could he the prognosis indexes for osteosarcoma.关键词
