预应力CFRP筋粘结夹片式球面锚具的研制与试验
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY AND DEVELOPMENT ON THE CFRP TENDONS BONDING SPHERICAL JAW VICE ANCHORAGE
摘要
Abstract
Carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP) tendons could replace normal prestressed steels because of its good properties, but the study on anchorage system of CFRP tendons which was laggard influenced its use. CFPR tendons Bonding spherical Jaw vice anchorage is developed, and experimental study on anchor performance is stud ied with nine specimens in three different sizes. Experimental results show that the anchorage efficiency on anchored CFRP tendons is up to 80. 6%, and the length of steelpipe and performance of bond media is the key factor affecting the performance of Bonding spherical Jaw vice anchorage. Spherical anchor can automatically adjust the center line of CFRP tendons and anchorage, it can change the force characteristics of the end of anchorage and reduce shear stress, so the performance of anchorage is improved.关键词
