摘要

Abstract

Resin matrix composites is comprehensively used in aerospace and marine industry for its lower density, higher strength and module. In this paper, research progress on the durability of resin matrix composites in seawater is summarized. The corrosion principles of resin matrix composites in seawater are analysed from fiber, matrix and interface three aspects. Temperature, immersion time and porosity are explored as three influence factors of the seawater corrosion of composites. Finally some methods are proposed to improve the durability of resin matrix composites in seawater.
