Construction of comprehensive benefits appraisal indicator system of coal gangue power generation projects
摘要
Abstract
Combined with the current reality of China' s coal gangue power generation and related projects comprehensive benefit evaluation indicator, this paper presents the necessity for establishing comprehensive effective evaluation of coal gangue power generation projects, as well as the principles and method of construction of indicator system. The appraisal indicator system in qualitative and quantitative includes comprehensive benefits, such as economic, social and environment benefits. Each indicator of system is interpreted. Delphi and AHP are used to determine indicator weight, and the MATLAB software is applied to simplify the calculation of the weights. Evaluation indicator system established by coal gangue power generation projects has certain reference value for the comprehensive benefit evaluation.关键词
