固溶温度对29Cr铸造超级双相不锈钢组织和性能的影响
Effects of Solution Temperature on Microstructure and Properties of 29Cr Cast Super Duplex Stainless Steels

Abstract
29Cr super duplex stainless steel was prepared with IF furnace. The effects of solution temperature on microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resisting property of 29Cr cast super duplex stainless steel were studied by means of optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electrochemical polarization curve. The results indicate that the partition coefficient of Cr (KCr) in two phases plays a leading role on the properties when the solution temperature is 1 050-1 150 ℃. With increasing solution temperature, KCr increases first and then decreases. The lower the KCr, the higher the strength and the worse the corrosion resistance. The maximum strength and plasticity respectively are 825 MPa and 35% at solution treatment temperature 1 100 ℃, while the corrosion current density is 0.603 μA· cm-2 and corrosion resistance is the worst.关键词
