PD-L1和PD-1在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其临床意义
Expression and clinical significance of PD-L1 and PD-1 in non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of PD-1 and PD-L1 in nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and clinical parameters. Methods Samples from 47 patients with NSCLC were examined for PD-L1 and PD-1 expression by immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive rate of PD-L1 expression in the cancer nests and the stroma were 48.93％ (23/47) and 61.70％ (29/47) respectively , which was positively correlated with the tumor stage and lymph node metastasis (P ＜ 0.05) , negatively with postoperative prognosis (P ＜ 0.05). PD-1 positivity was most frequently observed in stromal tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes.The number of PD-1 positive lymphocyte was correlated with PD-L1 positive expression (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Expression of PD-L1 in NSCLC is significantly correlated with the clinicopathological variables and postoperative prognosis of patients.关键词
