Expression of NGF, BDNF, NT-3 and Their Receptors trkA, trkB, trkC in Cultured Neural Stem Cells
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of NGF, BDNF, NT-3 and their receptors trkA,trkB, trkC in cultured Neural stem cells (NSCs). Methods NSCs were isolated from embryonic hippocampus of mice. They were then cultured in vitro and identified by immunohistochemistry using nestin antibody. The expression of mRNA and protein for NGF, BDNF, NT-3 was detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry.Results Significant levels of mRNA were detected for all three factors and their receptor trkA, trkB, trkC by RT-PCR. The proteins of three factors and their receptors were located in cytoplasma found by immunohistochemistry. Conclusion Cultured NSCs express NGF, BDNF, NT-3, and their receptors,suggesting that the three factors play an important role in NSCs development and function maintainance.关键词
