单侧髁突切除对非手术侧髁突软骨细胞凋亡的影响
Effect of Unilateral Condylectomy on the Cell Apoptosis of Condylar Cartilage on the Opposite Side

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of unilateral condylectomy on the cell apoptosis of condylar cartilage on the opposite side.Methods Twenty-four 5 ～ 6 months old Japanese big-ear rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups: the control group and the operation group.The opetation group was created by removing the right condylar process.The left condylar cartilage was dissected 2 months and 4 months after the operation,and TUNEL was used to detect the apoptotic cell.Result Compared with the control group, the number of apoptotic cells increased significantly in operation group 2 months and 4 months after operation (P ＜ 0.05), and the increase 4 months after operation was more significant than the 2 months after operation (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Unilateral condylectomy will increase the number of apoptotic cells of the condylar cartilage on the opposite side.关键词
