复方地龙胶囊治疗2型糖尿病肾病的临床观察
A Clinical Investigation of Compound Dilong Capsule in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetics Nephropathy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of compound Dilong capsule in the treatment of type 2 diabetics nephropathy. Methods 56 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into compound Dilong group (n = 30) and control group (n = 26). Haemorheological parameters and total urine protein for 24 h were detected, respectively, before and after treatment. Results Compared with before treatment, the effective rate in compound Dilong capsule group was 85.6％, and 82.5％ in the control group. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05). The levels of haemorheological parameters and blood lipids were significantly improved in compound Dilong capsule group as compared with control group (P ＜ 0.05). No obvious adverse reactions occurred during treatment. Conclusion Compound Dilong capsule can significantly improve haemorheological parameters, decrease the levels of urine protein and amend blood lipids in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.关键词
