辉光放电等离子体引发制备丙烯酸酯类高吸油树脂及其性能研究
Synthesis and characterization of a highly oil-absorptive resin by using glow-discharge electrolysis plasma
摘要
Abstract
A highly oil-absorptive resin, poly(butyl acrylate), is prepared by suspension polymerization,which is initiated by glow-discharge electrolysis plasma(GDEP). The structure is characterized by means of attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR), thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The effects of the discharge voltage, discharge time and the amount of the crosslinking agent on the oil absorbency are examined and discussed in detail.The oil absorption selectivity and oil-absorption rate are also studied. Results indicate that the high oilabsorption resin prepared by GDEP has high oil absorbency and fast oil-absorption rate.关键词
