锁阳对雄性大鼠耐力及生化指标的影响
The effect of Cynomorium on endurance and biochemical indexes of male rat
摘要
Abstract
36 selected health Vister male rats are randomly divided into 3 groups: quiet group ( Ⅰ ),exercise group( Ⅱ ), exercise and Cynomorium group( Ⅲ ). Exercise group( Ⅱ ) and Cynomorium group ( Ⅲ ) had been trained 8 weeks of the great intensity endurance training. At last time, those two groups are trained by exhausted exercise, and then adopted blood to examine its biochemical indexes. The average exhaustive running duration of group (Ⅲ) is longer than that of group (Ⅱ)(P< 0.01), and Cynomorium can increase the reserves of liver glycogen and blood urea. Also lactic acid accumulation is reduced(P<0. 05). Cynomorium can increase resistance to fatigue of the body with food and medicine effectiveness, therefore in the elimination of fatigue it has a good development prospect.关键词
