Abstract
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of flupentixol and melitraeen combined with non-drug treatment on patients with chronic tension-type headache.Methods 64 patients with CTH were divided into two groups in this study: the treatment group (32 cases, non-drug treatment) and the control group (32 cases, drug treatment).The therapeutic effects were assessed 4 and 8 weeks after treatment.Result The effective rate of the treatment group was 100％ and significantly higher than the control group at 4w (P ＜ 0.01) and 8w (P ＜ 0.05) after treatment.Conclusions Flupentixol and melitraeen combined with non-drug treatment is effective for chronic tension-type headache, and can reduce the recurrence rate in short period.关键词
