摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of target controlled infusion (TCI) of propofol on the blood pressure variability of patients with high altitude hypertension during general anesthesia induction.Methods Forty patients with high altitude hypertension were randomly divided into two groups: TCI group (n = 20) and normal group (n = 20).Patients in group TCI were given Propofol by using Diprifusor/TCI system according target concentration, and patients in normal group was injected manually with Propofol.Invasive blood pressure was recorded, and the blood pressure variability was calculated.Result The blood pressure variability of patients in TCI group was obviously less than that in normal group (P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion TCI of propofol with Diprifusor system can decrease the blood pressure variability of patients with high altitude hypertensive during general anesthesia induction.关键词
