超脉冲CO2激光与连续CO2激光对睑缘色素痣的对比临床观察

Abstract
Objective To compare the therapeutic effect and safety of ultrapulse CO2 laser and continuous CO2 laser on palpebral margin pigmented nevus. Methods We used cohort study to research 205 patierits with palpebral margin pigmented nevus, including 100 patients received ultrapulse CO2 laser treatment (ultrapulse CO2 laser group) and 105 patients received continuous CO2 laser treatment (continuous CO2 laser group). And then we observed the effect, pigmentation, scar, time of incrustation and the decrustation. Results There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05 ). The pigmentation and scar rates of ultrapulse CO2 laser group were significantly lower than continuous CO2 laser group (P ＜ 0.05 ). And the time of incrustation and decrustation in ultrapulse CO2 laser group were shorter than continuous CO2 laser group (P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion The therapeuticeffect of ultrapulse CO2 laser was better than continuous CO2 laser in treatment of palpebral margin pigmented nevus.关键词
