摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of large dose of mucosolvan on respiratory distress syndrome in premature children.Methods Seventy-two premature children with NRDS were randomly divided into treatment group (37 cases) and control group (35 cases), all cases were given same combined therapy and variant flow rate continuous positive airway by nasal mask.The cases in treatment group were given 30mg/(kg·d)of mucosolvan for four times.The clinical symptoms and blood gas analysis(PaO2, PaC02, PaO2/FiO2)after 48 hours were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The symptoms of dyspnea and groan in 21 cases in the theatment group were lessoned or vanished, PaO2 was increased and PaC02 was decreased,the oxygenation index was obviously increased.There was significant difference in therapeutic effect and oxygenation index between two groups.Conclusion Large dose mucosolvan on the basis of combined therapy has significant therapeutic effect on respiratory distress syndrome in premature children, it can reduce the mortality and improve the survival rate.关键词
