北柴胡不同器官化学成分含量的比较研究
The Comparative Study of Chemical Composition Content among Different Organs of Bupleurum chinense DC.

Abstract
In this paper, 3 types of Bupleurum chinense DC.cultured in different places were chosen to measure and analyze the contents of the total flavonoids, soluble polysaccharide, alcoholsoluble extract and essential oil in the stems, leaves and flowers.The results showed that Bupleurum chinense DC.from different places in the same environment had different chemical composition in different organs.The content of total flavonoids content in leaves from Yuzhou provenance was the highest,reached 0.41% ; the content of soluble polysaccharide in roots from Jianchang was the highest, reached 2.1%,and the content of the alcohol-soluble extract in flowers from Jianchang was the highest, reached 23.6%, and the content of the volatile oil from aboveground parts was the highest, reached 0.13 %.关键词
