接枝淀粉接枝率与浆纱性能的关系
Relationship between Graft Starch Grafting Rate and Sizing Property
摘要
Abstract
Relationship between grafting rate and graft starch sizing property were discussed. Sizing viscosity of graft starch with different grafting rate was tested. Polyester/cotton 65/35 13 tex yarn was sized by graft starch. Relationships among graft starch grafting rate and sized yarn breaking strength, breaking elongation rate,wear resistance increase rate and hairiness reducing rate were studied. The result shows when grafting rate is increased, sized yarn breaking elongation rate will show a trend of continuous increase, while breaking strength, wear resistance increase rate, hairiness reduce rate all show a trend of increase first then decrease. When graft starch grafting rate is from 16％ to 18％ and the comprehensive sizing property is better.关键词
