摘要

Abstract

Silver-tin oxide composite powders were prepared by hydrothermal method, AgNO3, NH3H2O and Na2SnO3 were used as raw materials, Na2SO3 was employed as reducing agent.The composite powders were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometry.The results showed that Ag-SnO2 composite powders were prepared by hydrothermal method.The particles looked spherical, their diameters were about 400 nm.The composite powders were composed of Ag and SnO2.The diffraction peaks of silver was obvious, silver element and tin element in the powders were evenly distributed.It was inferred that the distribution of Ag and SnO2 was uniform.
