地克珠利肠溶微囊的制备及其特性的研究
Preparation and characterisation of diclazuril enteric microcapsules
摘要
Abstract
To explore the process for preparing the diclazuril loaded microcapsules using the enteric material EudragitL100,the diclazuril enteric microcapsules were prepared using liquid process with diclazuril as the core of the microcapsule and EudragitL100 as the coating material.Diameter,drug loading,encapsulation efficiency and some other properties were investigated.In results, the diclazuril loaded microcapsules were sphere-like with the mean size of 270 μm,the drug loading was 26.57％ and the encapsulation efficiency was 87.42 ％ prepared based on the optimized formulation.In vitro drug release behavior fitted to the standard of enteric preparation.In conclusion,this preparation procedure is simple and the diclazuril microcapsules possessed enteric characteristics.关键词
