Abstract
Based on the rules on the development of science and technology, the prerequisite conditions of foundation of gastrointestinal specialized surgery are matched. The specialization of gastrointestinal surgery will speed the progress, decrease the medical cost, improve the quality of medical care and accelerate the training of academic leader.There is not a changeless pattern of gastrointestinal surgery specialization, and the pattern should be tailored on the practical situations. During the process of specialization,multidisciplinary team should be carried at the same time. The shortcoming of gastrointestinal surgery specialization should be overcome during the process.关键词
