我院病区抗菌药物使用点评的实践与分析

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To develop the evaluation of antibiotics use in wards of our hospital and to improve rational drug use in the clinic. METHODS: According to Management Regulation of Hospital Prescription Evaluation (trial), 30 discharge medical records were selected from pediatric department, gynaecology department and obstetrical department each month during MaySept. 2010. The form of evaluation was formulated and filled out to analyze the utilization of antibiotics and irrational drug use. RESULTS: 150 medical records were collected. Antibiotics were adopted in 112 medical records with average utilization ratio of 74.67％, accounting for 29.39％ of total drug cost. The percentage of rational drug use was 80.67％. The percentages of rational drug use during May-Sept. were 66.67％, 73.33％, 80.00％, 90.00％, 93.33％. Irrational drug use manifested as irrational perioperative phylactic application of antibiotics, inappropriate drug compatibility, nonindicated drug use, not choosing national essential drugs for no reason, etc. CONCLUSION: Rational use of antibiotics can be improved by evaluation.关键词
