改良椎体成形术的临床探讨
The clinical application of modified vertebroplasty

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficiency of modifie vertebroplasty to osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF) by trans-single-pedicular approach on lateral recumbent position.Methods Modified vertebroplasty by transsingle-pedicular approach on lateral recumbent position was performed in 25 OVCF patients, the changes of the pain score (VAS) and the postoperative complications were investigated.Results All patients experienced dramatic pain relief after the procedures. The VAS of preoperative and postoperative days after 1 day after 1 week and after 3 months were respectively 8.8±0.6 2.2±0.4 、2.1±0.5 and 1.9±0.4. All the patients were available at the final follow-up,no clinical symptom occurred.Conclusion Modified vertebroplasty by trans-single-pedicular approach on lateral recumbent position to osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture is safe and effective, deserves to be popularized.关键词
