改性ZSM-5分子筛膜脱除苯并噻吩/2,5-二甲基噻吩
Study of removing BT/2,5-dimethylthiophene via modified ZSM-5 zeolite membrane

Abstract
ZSM-5 zeolite membranes were prepared by the second growth method, and were characterized with XRD and SEM. The membranes were modified by Ag+, Cu2+, Fe3+ metal ions with different ion concentrations, and the modified membranes were used to remove benzothiophene and 2,5-dimethylthiophene from simulated gasoline. The effects of temperature of metal ion loading solution and regenerated membranes on desulfurization were also investigated. The results showed that the best separation factor of sulfides amounted to 1.65 by ZSM-5 zeolite membrane loaded with 0.2 mol/L Ag+ solution. The optimum metal ion loading solution temperature was normal temperature at 25 ℃. Regeneration results showed that ZSM-5 zeolite membranes had good stability.关键词
