丁基磺酸纤维素醚减水剂的制备及其减水机理
Synthesis of sulfobutylated cellulose ether and study of its mechanism of water reduction

Abstract
Sulfobutylated cellulose ether ( SBC ) was synthesized with cotton pulp ( cellulose ) and 1,4-butanesuitone ( BS ) as raw materials. The structure of SBC was characterized by means of FT-IR,13 CP MAS, SEM, and XRD. The effects of degree of polymerization of cellulose, mol ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature and reaction time on water freduction unction were investigated. The mechanism of water reduction of the SBC was studied by investigating surface tension of the water-reducing agent aqueous solution and ζ-potential of water-SBC-cement system. The water-reducing agent hardly changed the water surface tension, its tropism on the interface of gasliquid was very small, and there was a lack of the effect of attracting gas for the cement. The result of attaching SBC to the surface of cement particles made the cement particles carry identical electric charge and repulse each other, and finally become well dispersed to cause water reduction.关键词
