Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of lymphocyte immunotherapy on patients with unexplained repeated in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) failure.Methods: Lymphocyte immunotherapy was performed on 31 patients with unexplained recurrent IVFET failure. Other 30 patients who refused the immunotherapy were as controls.Results: There were no significant differences in the total dose of gonadotropin used, number of retrieved oocytes, fertilization rate or high-quality embryo rate between two groups(P＞0. 05), but there was a significant difference in the rates of embryo implantation and pregnancy(P＜0.05).Conclusions: Lymphocyte active immunotherapy can improve the outcomes of IVF-ET treatment in part of patients with unexplained repeated IVF-ET failure.关键词
